The Tour of Britain 2010 begins in Rochdale on Saturday 11 September and finishes in London on Saturday 18 September.

Here’s how it comes to you:

• ITV4 will broadcast daily highlights at 7pm-8pm.
• For 14 and 15 September just pick your favourite place to watch — live, outdoors and for free.*
